job satisfaction in ns? puii!!
i juz got back from work abt 2200.. late i guess.. even though i started work at abt 11am in the morning.. *sianz* aniwae.. 2 of our colleagues got recognised for their efforts n they got promoted for tt. well, it’s not my place to say of they are deserving of it but then they have definately worked harder than me..
wad really defines work satisfaction? i may not b certain but definately i dun feel it here.. as long as i go to work not dreading the time u step in the workplace, but only hoping to get out.. it is not satisfaction tht is felt here.. however when ppl get credit done when ya workin ya ass out n dun get it.. sometimes, we cant help but feel resentful abt it.. not in this case i guess.. coz i do not purposefully work my ass off here.. but to other ppl.. maybe they feel tht way.. human nature i guess…
o well.. reality is really true in this incident as we all see ppl fighting for something which is absolutely unneccessary.. =)
